Projects cancelled within 72 hours prior to the staging date will receive a 50% refund. Projects may be rescheduled without penalty more than 48 hours prior to the staging date. Projects that are rescheduled within 48 hours of the staging date may result in an additional moving charge. allow Lionheart Home Staging, LLC to automatically process my credit card for any monthly renewals [as indicated on the corresponding staging quote] on, shortly before, or after the renewal date, if applicable. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Lionheart when I want to terminate the contract and/or renewals. Lionheart has the right to discontinue staging services due to insufficient funds, expired credit cards, or violation of the Staging Terms. allow Lionheart Home Staging, LLC to process my credit card for all accumulated fees as outlined in the CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES portion of the Staging Agreement/Terms, if applicable. Notification for any applicable fees will be emailed to me with a description of the charge. A receipt for credit card processing will be given by email. be solely responsible for the staging costs, renewal charges and assessed fees as indicated in the staging terms and the corresponding staging quote. I understand that if any party is partially or wholly financially responsible, they will need to submit their own Vacant Order Form to Lionheart Home Staging and indicate their responsibility in the NOTES portion of the order form. pay 1.5% per month (18% annual) late fees for any amounts not paid according to the contract terms. I will allow Lionheart Home Staging, LLC to charge my card $50 to any insufficient funds or declined cards. I understand that it is my responsibility to update my credit card information to Lionheart.CLIENT PERMISSION I agree to: grant Lionheart Home Staging, LLC permission to enter the specified property for the purpose of providing staging services which include: quoting, delivery, set-up, pre-packing, destaging, and other staging services. I understand that furniture delivery may be scheduled a day prior to the staging date, and I will receive notification if of that delivery date. I understand that the staging may be pre-packed the day before destaging. grant Lionheart Home Staging, LLC permission to use nails, hooks, or other materials necessary to hang or display home accents for staging purposes. I assume the responsibility of fixing holes and other touch up work left by the Lionheart team as a result of the staging process. I understand it if my responsibility to notify Lionheart on the Vacant Order Form if I do not want any art work hung on my walls. allow Lionheart Home Staging, LLC to photograph and video tape staged areas for marketing, educational, and listing purposes. Lionheart will keep all my personal information confidential upon my request.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES I agree to: give Lionheart Home Staging, LLC a key, garage code, or access code to a non-digital lockbox to perform staging duties. I understand that I must notify Lionheart Home Staging, LLC if the code changes or the lockbox is moved to another location. If a lockout occurs, I accept responsibility for an additional delivery charge as indicated on the staging quote which will be charged to my credit card ($200-700+). keep the entrances of the property unobstructed during the furniture delivery, staging, and destaging process. I am responsible for snow and ice removal on the driveway and sidewalks during the winter months. I assume responsibility for any accidental injuries as a result of slippery or obstructed walkways. Lack of access into the property for staging services, delivery, or pick up for any reason will result a delay of services and an additional delivery cost will be applied to my card ($200-700+). clean the property prior to staging services. Failure to clean up construction debris and excessive household dirt may result in a delayed staging date with an additional delivery cost as indicated on the staging quote ($200-700+). I understand that a cleaning fee will be charged to my card if Lionheart's furniture and decor are used, soiled, or covered with contractor debris or dust ($100 per hour). have all contractors, workers, realtors vacate the property while furniture is being delivered and staging services are being performed, unless otherwise specified and agreed to by Lionheart. I agree to be absent from the property during the delivery and set up of the staging project until Lionheart is finished. Obstruction to staging services through people who are on site will result in a delayed or cancelled staging date with an additional delivery cost ($200-700+). keep props and furniture in their original place at the assigned property. Lionheart Home Staging, LLC is exempt from liability from any damages to the house, floors, walls, and counter tops as a result of unauthorized use, removal, or moving of staging props. Significantly rearranging the furniture and decor at the staged property could result in immediate cancellation of the stage, removal of Lionheart's property, with no refunds. Removal of props or furniture to another property will result in additional full-priced initial staging charge with immediate termination of Agreement and removal of furniture and props. If furniture and/or decor is removed from the designated property without written Lionheart permission, it is the responsibility of the signer to return all items in its original condition to the Lionheart warehouse, or a replacement fee will be charged to the client card. assume responsibility for any damage or soiling to Lionheart/Showtime furniture and décor as the result of on-site contractors, workers, cleaning personnel, or visitors. I acknowledge I will be charged full replacement value for damaged staging furniture and décor. If staging props and furniture are soiled while in my property, I will be charged a cleaning fee of $100/hour. assume responsibility for theft of Lionheart/Showtime furniture and accessories while it is at my property. I acknowledge I will be charged full replacement value for stolen staging furniture and décor. allow Lionheart to move personal belongings of the client that remain at the property from room to room while staging services are being performed. I give Lionheart permission to move any my furniture or decorative accessories that are at my property. Lionheart has the right to refuse the moving or removal furniture items that belong to the home owner that are too heavy, delicate, or of great worth as Lionheart does not take responsibility for damage occurring. exempt Lionheart Home Staging, LLC from any damage or crumbling to plaster walls during the course of hanging or removing staging props due to the instability of this type of material. limit Lionheart Home Staging, LLC's total liability to a refund of the staging fees that have been paid. keep the home unoccupied during the use of Lionheart/Showtime property unless otherwise agreed upon and signed. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of this Agreement and removal of all furniture and decor without a refund. A cleaning fee will be charged. give Lionheart permission enter the property for photography purposes and/or to give the property access information to a professional photography company when photos are taken on my behalf for marketing purposes. I understand that I must notify Lionheart if I do not want a professional photographer to access the property. I understand that if I will be responsible for any fees assessed by the photographer for rescheduling or being locked out of the property. give Lionheart Home Staging, LLC a minimum of one week's notice to destage a property. Destaging must occur prior to closing. A $200 fee may be charged if less than one week's notice is given to compensate for Lionheart's scheduling. accept Lionheart's CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY: Projects cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the staging date will receive a 90% refund. Projects cancelled within 72 hours of the staging date will receive a 50% refund. Projects that are rescheduled within 48 hours of the staging date will result in additional moving charge as outline on the corresponding quote. exempt Lionheart Home Staging, LLC from delayed staging due to inclement weather, equipment/truck failure, or stager/movers illness. pay all collection services, legal fees, and court costs associated with attempts to collect on delinquent payments from staging services and/or fees rendered or for violation of the staging terms. CREATIVE CONTROL UNDERSTANDING:I agree to and understand the following:When I hire Lionheart Home Staging, LLC for their Vacant Staging Services, I fully relinquish creative control to the Lionheart staging team. I understand that although I may submit a request, the final staging design, furniture, art, and accessory selection and placement are up to the discretion of Lionheart's trained professionals. Lionheart has no obligation to exchange, and/or add, and/or remove furniture, art, or accessory pieces once it is delivered to the property. I understand that if I, my listing agent, or another person moves any part of the stage once it is in place, that I may be violating the staging terms as outlined in the CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES portion of these terms, and Lionheart has the option to cancel the staging contract with no refunds. I also understand that Lionheart's staging may not necessarily suit my taste or style, as their goal is to appeal to a specific buyer demographic.
